Have you been tempted lately? This is what God has put on my heart for today. If you’re not, the deal is, it will be right around the corner and you will be. If you are tempted, it’s totally natural because we have this treasure in an earthen vessel. This means the “earthen vessel” will be tempted itself as well as the demonic enticement.
I would like to share with you a series of verses from God’s word that will strengthen your heart in this season:
“But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” -2 Thessalonians 3:3
“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.” –Hebrews 4:15
“No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”
