Dear Friend,

Faithfulness is often underrated. Showing up and sowing your life in love again and again. It misses a chance at fame or fortune and the applause of men too. But one day heaven will sing and clap, announcing the arrival of the faithful one.

Is it possible that what is underrated here will be celebrated there?
Give what you can give. Deny yourself. Focus on Him. Contribute. Speak up. And pray up.
And when you think, “oh, prayer is the only thing I can do,” remember it is often the most important thing too.
Faithfulness in Our Connection:
I love these words of Jesus, “I am the vine and you are the branches. The one who remains in Me, and I in him, will bear much fruit.”John15:5  If you want to bear much fruit, just be faithful in your connection with Him.
Faithfulness matters:
“God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.”Hebrews6:10 You and I are designed to love and give. It feels right and it pulls down a smile from God.
Faithfulness is seen by God:
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”Galatians6:9 What an amazing promise, your faithfulness will be rewarded with a harvest.
Faithfulness attracts God’s attention. It might even be popular in heaven. And somewhere up there the Faithful One is keeping track of things.
May God meet you and encourage your heart.

P.S. While I was praying for you there is a small handful of you who are being called by the Lord, at this time, to stand up for justice. You already feel this call in a strong way and some of you also know what the issue is that you are being called to speak up about. Follow through. In keeping with this message on the blog, be faithful. And take time to really pray! Because speaking to God first prepares the way for people to hear what you have to say.

“Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you."
-Psalm 89:14
