“Anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Hebrews11
Something weird happened this Christmas in my neighborhood. Everyone was peaceful. Drivers, in the holiday rush, were polite. People made room for each other. And were thoughtful.
I have never seen a Christmas holiday unfold like this where I live.
When I spoke with a local grocery store cashier, this topic came up. Then she blurted out, “People were praying. It had to be because of prayer.” I felt the same way.
And thats why I wanted to mention it to you.
Prayer impacts atmospheres. Prayer changes outcomes.
Let’s get busy praying in 2019.
I have two free devotionals here on this website dedicated to prayer:
If you use each of these everyday, you will get equipping for 2 full months. And your prayer life will be stronger.
And thats what the world needs right now, believers who have a strong prayer life.

I am inspired by your blog to look up the meaning of “reward” in the Greek. Have been aware last few months of how often we live “linear Christianity”. We are to hope and there are blessings but often believers are shattered when it doesn’t go the way they prayed. Thank you for all you do in His name. I met you years ago through Jean Allen. :o} at Grace Covenant church in northern Virginia. Time flies……
Blessings to you Lena, yes, our prayer connection with the Lord is vibrant. And when we get involved, He gets involved. Which is a reward in and of itself.
May the Lord reward you in extravagant ways~
love, kathleen
