Today as I was waiting on the Holy Spirit, I felt prompted to pull together a small grouping of scripture verses.

“For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me, when you seek for Me with all of your heart.”

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes, its leaves are always green, it has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit. So shall My Word be, that goes out from my mouth,” says the Lord, “It shall not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.”

“For as high as the heavens are above the earth so great is My love for those that fear Me.”

“Can a woman forget her nursing child and have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget but I will not forget you. Behold, I have inscribed you on the palms of my hands.”

“No longer do I call you slaves, because the slave does not know what the master is doing but I have called you friends. For all things that I have heard from My Father I have made know to you.” Amen.

These are taken from Jeremiah 29:11-13, Jeremiah 17:7-8, Isaiah 55:11, Psalm 103:11, Isaiah 49:15-16 and John 15:15.
