“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” -Romans 12:12

Today’s Word:

Intercession, the ministry of Jesus, is a place of prayer that is not boring, but it engages in the presence and power of God. The Lord is calling you into a deeper experience and interface in prayer with Him. What does it take to see God’s power released in a way that transforms things…?

Prevailing prayer. It’s time to give yourself to the work of spiritual conquest through prevailing prayer. And I believe that the Lord is urging you to join Him in a deeper place of wrestling intercession. It is not just about your daily bread, but it’s about your legacy, your destiny and seizing territory for the Lord.

God is willing to give you grace for the task if you will embrace the privilege of your priesthood. It will cost, but remember, most things of high worth usually cost you and I more than we expected. Perhaps you’re thinking, “Hey, I’ve already been persevering, so what more could God be asking of me?” It’s time to declare, “Lord, with your help, whatever it takes!”

Will you ask Jesus to share with you what’s on His heart? Are you willing to cry for the lost and shed tears for what grieves the heart of God? If you feel like you’ve never known that kind of deep prayer, ask Him. Show up. Sign in. “God teach me to pray.” He’s there to do it, if you’re there to receive it.

Scripture:

“This, then, is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.’” -Matthew 6:9-10

“And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” -Luke 18:7-8
