Hi,

In the last few days I’ve been thinking about perseverance. And how sometimes you can press in and press on and still turn up empty handed.

Has this ever happened to you?

It’s surprising. And disappointing too. But the truth is not getting what you were going for isn’t always a complete loss.

Though you might emerge empty handed, think about this: Your arms are stronger because you didn’t quit. Your endurance is enlarged because you embraced the stretch. Your character is refined because you ran outside of your comfort zone.

Consider what you gained. Not what you didn’t get.

And continue. God is for you. He has set His love on you.

Victory awaits those who do not faint. Amen.

In His Love and Mine,

Kathleen
