Jesus is the Bridegroom, which speaks of His love relationship with the Church (which is the Bride). He loves His followers with deep devotion. Be encouraged in His love as you read the following Bible verses.
Jesus, You are the Bridegroom and lover of my soul. I am humbled by your boundless love. Your Word says, ‘he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.’ I thank You for guarding me so dear to Your heart. I need to know Your love more. I ask that You would enlighten the eyes of my heart so that I, ‘may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth,’ of Your love. To receive it, to rest in it, to rejoice in it. Thank You Jesus my precious Bridegroom!
Revelation 19:7 “Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready.”
Isaiah 62:5 “For [as] a young man marries a virgin, [So] your sons will marry you; And [as] the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, [So] your God will rejoice over you.”
Revelation 19:9 “And he said to me, ‘Write, “Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.”‘ And he said to me, ‘These are true words of God.’”
Zechariah 2:8 “… for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.”
Jeremiah 31:3 “The LORD appeared [saying,] ‘I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore I have drawn you with loving-kindness.’”
