Your prayers here can make a big difference there. Israel. The region.

A violent escalation is hammering down, triggered by Israel’s response to the bombing of a soccer field in the Golan Heights which killed 12 children and wounded many more. In response to this, Israel did an airstrike on an apartment in Beirut – killing the commander of Hezbollah’s military forces, Fu’ad Shakar.

Shortly after that, the head of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, was killed in an explosion in Tehran, Iran. Israeli’s retailations have lit a fuse of rage.

So much so, that all major airlines have canceled their flights going into Israel.

PRAY

“He causes wars to cease all over [the Earth].”
Psalm 46:9

  • Lord, we ask for a minimum of casualties.
  • Protect the children and civilians across the region.
  • Let the main cause of the tension be the primary focus.
  • Lord, send angels.
  • Let the fear of God settle over the people.
  • Bind all exchanges of mass destruction.
  • Lord, grant escapes from death.

“Our God is a God who saves;
from the Sovereign LORD comes escape from death.”

Psalm 68:20

Psalm 66:3 Say to God,
“How awesome are Your works!
Because of the greatness of Your power
Your enemies will give feigned obedience to You.”

My friends this is horrible. It is historical. Cultural. And spiritual.

Let’s stand before His throne  and pray, “Lord, let your kingdom come.” (Luke 11:2)
