Today’s Word:
Today’s word is about peace. The world offers many things that are similar to what Jesus offers, except without the source. Some attempt to achieve peace through meditation or yoga, which requires ritual or regime. Jesus doesn’t offer peace like that. He offers it through Himself, the Prince of Peace. If you are a disciple of Jesus, a follower of Him, then He extends Himself to you, so just receive the Prince of Peace right now.
The peace of the Lord be upon you,
Peace of the Lord come now,
Let everything else take a bow.
Peace that transcends our anxieties by prayer and petition we offer to Thee.
Thank you, oh Burden Bearer of our soul.
Prince of Peace we welcome you,
Prince of Peace we welcome you now.
