I ask that You would place a fresh crown of compassion on _______________, that he/she would have Your heart for the people.
For all the burdens he/she bears, I ask You to put a new song in his/her heart, a song of refreshing, lifting the yoke and bringing a new strength for the work at hand. I ask that You would bring others to help bear the burden of the ministry. And I pray that You would manifest Yourself in fresh power as the God of Hope.
