May the Lord meet with you, and may others encounter God through you, as you journey ahead.
I have 3 things on my heart for you today:
Encouragement to Keep Praying
Your prayers go straight into heaven, think about that. “And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.” Revelations 5:8
And when you think about that, go ahead and PRAY MORE. There is such a rumble on the face of the earth – stir yourself up to KEEP PRAYING. Ask God to renew your strength for the national and international battles that are raging and KEEP PRAYING.
The Best Quote on Prayer I’ve Ever Heard
“I strongly suspect that if we saw all the difference even the tiniest of our prayers to God make, and all the people those little prayers were destined to affect, and all the consequences of those effects down through the centuries,
we would be so paralyzed with awe at the power of prayer that we would be unable to get up off our knees for the rest of our lives.”
– Dr. Peter Kreeft
A Prophetic Word
(in case it’s just for you.)
Read this over, it could be exactly what you need right now. May the Lord bless you.
Several of you have been trying to get a breakthrough with your faith. And despite all of your efforts you find yourself back at the same place. Just stuck. Here are 3 things you can begin doing now to get unstuck:
- First, take a look and see what you are already believing. There will be things. You and I are always putting our faith in something. In ourselves. In our knowledge. In someone else. Read Psalm 147:10-11. Get time with God and take stock of what you are believing. Once you identify those things and let them go, then you’ve created room for faith to grow.
- Get into God’s word. Every day. No excuses. Even if you can just grab one Psalm or one Proverb. Do it. Do what you can. Join a Bible study group where you can have more accountability. Read Romans 10:17. Begin a daily habit to be in God’s Word.
- Develop a biblical view of faith. Faith doesn’t mean everything will always work out exactly the way you want. Take time to study Hebrews 11, look up the names of the saints that are mentioned in that chapter and let the Lord train you. You’ll never regret it.
God bless YOU ~
